As the largest combined children’s zoo and wildlife park on Long Island, we offer families a natural environment where they can learn about wildlife and animals through education and entertainment. Our dedicated staff and volunteers regularly attend training courses through a variety of organizations like San Diego Wildlife Academy, American Association of Zookeepers as well as the non-profit Zoological Association of America, of which Long Island Game Farm is a proud member.
Giving Back
Long Island Game Farm has recently launched the FOUNDATION FOR WILDLIFE SUSTAINABILITY, Inc. with a mission to connect people with wildlife and the natural environment, and to support the work of the Long Island Game Farm Wildlife Park and Children’s Zoo. Learn more HERE.
Long Island Game Farm regularly donates to Giraffe Conservation Foundation, the only NGO in the world that concentrates solely on the conservation and management of giraffe in the wild throughout Africa.
