The Park Will Open on a Limited Schedule for the First Time This Season on April 13
[MANORVILLE, NEW YORK] –– Now entering its 48th Season, the Long Island Game Farm -– Wildlife Park & Children’s Zoo will officially open on Thursday, April 13. During the opening weeks, guests will have the opportunity to learn about the forthcoming baby animals, including chicks, ducklings and kid goats, and will be able to pet and hand feed the animals once they are born. The Long Island Game Farm — Wildlife Park & Children’s Zoo officially opens for the season the weekend of Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17. Now in its 47th season, the park has long provided Long Island students and families with a wide array of animals, education, and ― most of all ― fun. As part of its opening celebrations, the zoo will once again have an array of baby animals in the nursery barn during its springtime hours. On April 8, the Long Island Game Farm – Wildlife Park & Children’s Zoo will be opening for its 46th season of providing Long Island students and families with a wide array of animals, education, and―most of all―fun. The Game Farm will be open Wednesday – Sunday during opening week, and then on weekends only from April 18 until May 4, at which point the Game Farm will then again be open Thursday – Sunday.
